"All the dealers," said Kim Song, the Paradise Casino poker manager. "Shuffle up and deal."

It was noon, just like yesterday; and just like yesterday, the dealers won't stop shuffling until about 9pm tonight. They match, Day 1A and Day 1B, and to Koreans, this might make the APPT look like it's in love with itself.

Here, couples match. T-Shirts, shoes, hats, underwear. If you truly love your significant other, then you better take some time and make sure you match. Or at least color coordinate.

The more you love, the more you match. It's the Korean way.

Today, everyone will be looking to match -- or surpass -- Benjamin Richardson. Richardson jumped into the lead late on Day 1A and finished with 111,600. But Richardson can't get too comfortable, Manami Hayamizu is currently second in chips with 104,800.

We'll see if that leader board changes, but it'll take about eight one-hour levels to find out. There's also a few 10-minute breaks in between and they floor has promised -- again -- to provide fried chicken.

Players and media are anxiously waiting.

While everyone waits for chicken, the complimentary t-shirts, card protectors and information booklets are slowly being replaced by players. They're stuffing away their goodies but holding on to their stack of 20,000 chips.

Throughout the day, they'll be trying their hardest to not just hang onto it, but to feed it and watch it grow as much as possible.

Cards are in the air and Day 1B is under way.
